Is it just me or does anyone else notice that we’re blowing through the summer days pretty fast?! The morning northeast temperatures are beginning to feel a bit breezy. Fortunately, there’s still an entire month before Autumn begins. Until then I’ll be enjoying the most of my fashion florals and sunshine days.
On a personal note, I have dedicated August as a start to a “healthier me”. Lately, due to family issues, work, and other emergencies I have become exceedingly stressed. Anxiety levels are high and daily meals consist of fast food. This month I want to get back to making myself a high priority. Focusing on eating healthy, exercise and finding a better life balance.
Here on the blog, this month’s posts will be all about creating a healthier and happier you. Tips for accepting who you are while also knowing that change is essential for personal growth. Learning to realistically manage your expectations while also staying optimistic will be another focus.
